Job responsibilities 
•    Engages with clients/external providers to facilitate data services related project delivery schedule
•    Develops and maintains customer project documentation including Data Requirements Document and work instructions for all repeatable tasks.
•    Plans, deploys and monitors data integration processes to deliver on new requests
•    Performs quality control functions on all deliverables including ad hoc loading and data extraction projects.
•    Leads UAT with customer deliverables
•    Leads and guides ongoing data exchanges
•    Enforces Data Management standards across all client implementations
•    Manages resources to ensure knowledge, exposure, and contribution are optimized
•    Builds effective relationships with business staff across the company’s business units to ensure projects to support them are delivered

Qualifications

What we’re looking for
•    Bachelor’s degree or Graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Technology or Engineering
•    Experience in Pharmaceutical and Life sciences implementations and awareness of commonly used data sources for Customer Master and Sales information
•    Experience in working with data management teams within a sales and marketing environment
•    Experience with data warehouse, MDM and data integration initiatives
•    Strong SQL knowledge.
•    Experience with Unix and/or Python scripting
•    Experience working in a production environment for multiple clients in a compliance industry
•    Experience with Salesforce.com/Veeva or a similar CRM system is preferred
•    Experience with big data stack like Spark and Databricks in cloud environment (AWS, Azure) is preferred
