JOB SUMMARY

 

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for sales and account/project management. The role will develop and streamline client relationships  with an entrepreneurial mindset.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

      Maintaining and deepening relationships with assigned accounts and clients at clinical research sites

      Selling services and ensuring the business is the preeminent solutions provider for patient recruitment, prescreening, and technology at the research site

      Obtaining sponsor contacts

      Having the research site beta test new products and services

      Receive feedback on current and upcoming products/services

      Onboarding/training clients on new services

      Visiting sites in-person

      Building deep professional relationships with the research site staff

      Strategizing, problem solving, and thinking creatively to establish a synergy

      Cultivating new/potential enterprise clients

      Reintroducing StudyKIK to past clients

      Research site operations expertise

      Scheduling and executing standing calls with all assigned accounts and clients

 

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

·       Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field.

·       Experience in account management or sales

·       Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills

·       Communication skills and an ability to break down complex information into relevant and digestible points for both colleagues and clients.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·       Obsession with understanding client business strategies, decoding markets and identifying new opportunities
