Summary 

1. Support the team in applying incoming payments to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Gain experience in reconciling daily cash receipts and identifying discrepancies.
3. Assist in responding internal customer inquiries related to payment applications and resolve issues under supervision.
4. Help prepare reports on cash application activities and learn to analyze financial data.
5. Contribute ideas for improving the efficiency and accuracy of cash application process.
6. Work alongside experienced financial professionals to support broader accounts receivable functions.

Qualifications

Requirements 

• Basic accounting knowledge: Understanding fundamental accounting principles and accounts receivables processes.
• Software familiarity: Basic knowledge of ERP´s: Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft.
• Reconciliation: Assisting with reconciling accounts and resolving minor discrepancies.
• Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks to maintain the integrity of financial reports.
