Task Assignment:

1)       Support business units cross-functionally in various APAC initiatives (e.g., Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Therapeutic Strategy and Innovation, Change Management, Project Management, etc.)

2)       Craft and execute contents for Southeast Asia community in the organization

3)       Craft social media (e.g., LinkedIn) contents  (e.g., captions, photos, videos) as assigned by supervisor or APAC leaders

4)       Support dialogues and video curation for APAC initiative(s)

5)       Support the planning and execution of department and/or external meetings under supervision of supervisor

6)       Prepare materials and presentations for executive meetings on request

7)       Collaborate with fellow interns/colleagues from/out of the APAC region for peer learning and best practices exchange

8)       Active participation and supporting Southeast Asia activities/events such as, but not limited to:

o   Lunch & Learn

o   Town Hall

o   Employee engagement activities

o   Others as assigned

9)       May participate in forums or panel discussions to raise awareness about Special Needs

10)    Support data collection and analysis tasks on request, with insights into Study Start up to Study Maintenance and Study Close-Out in the Clinical Operations space

11)    Support  with other administrative tasks as requested

12)    Participate and support events/workstreams within the clinical research professionals’ association in Singapore (great opportunity to network and learn from industry veterans)

13)    Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor, General Manager(s) or delegate

1) Being able to commit to hybrid working (i.e. able to work from home and in the office)
