Profile

Solution Adoption Consultant position for an individual with an experience in leading delivery of major global IT infrastructure or security initiatives.  Past experiences should include working in a global organization in either IT delivery, engineering or operations of varying size and complexity. Must have broad knowledge of current IT infrastructure or security technologies to be able to work closely with core Syneos engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities 

Leading Projects:

·       Key focal point to drive major global IT Infrastructure deployment/integration projects, at each stage of the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure).

·       Actively work with internal and external delivery engineering teams to ensure project is progressing following mutually agreed milestones including coordinate and conduct regular meetings. 

·       Focal point for the Syneos Engineering & Operations teams to coordinate with local sites and users.

·       Enforce quality and compliance standards and to adhere to Syneos relevant policies.

·       Verify Milestones are met by the Syneos internal delivery teams.

·       Project status reporting and identify any risks to senior management including escalation of any issues

·       Coordinate issue communication and resolution with multiple teams and vendors in the event of a problem.

Solution Development Experiences:

• Experience demonstrating an increasing level of technical lead responsibility delivering and maintaining systems and platforms at the enterprise level. 
• Must possess previous hands-on experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting IT solutions deployed for global enterprise.
• Technical troubleshooting and resolution support for technical issues related to the systems responsible for.

Qualifications

Experience

Experience (at least 8 years of experience in one of the following areas):

Skills:

•        Worked in Infrastructure engineering or operations support organization to deliver a high level of services to customers.
•        Some Project Management experience in successfully delivering IT Infrastructure projects in the areas of Workstations (Windows & Mac); Networks; Microsoft O365; Security Tools; Data Center/Cloud Services; Identity & Access Management etc.
•        Have worked closely with global Engineering or Operations/Services Organizations and 3^rd party vendors.
•        Familiarity with creating processes for global deployments of new solutions including workstations, networks, security and/or other infrastructure services on a global level.

• Experience demonstrating an increasing level of technical lead responsibility delivering and maintaining systems and platforms at the enterprise level. 
• Must possess substantial hands-on experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting solutions deployed for clinical business unit

Education Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree although Masters preferred.
• Any IT certification is a plus.
