  • Is Syneos Health still hiring?

    Yes, we are still hiring across all areas of our business including Clinical, Commerical and Corporate. We are taking steps to modify our hiring process to be completely virtual to ensure the safety of our employees and candidates.   • My hire date is coming up, will I start by working from home?

    Before COVID-19, more than 50% of our employees already worked remotely. Now, across our entire business, from our Clinical to Commercial operations, most of our teams are conducting all business-related engagements virtually. We are also offering New Hire Orientation virtually when possible to help you get onboarded and settled. As the situation continues to evolve, please check in with your hiring manager for further updates about regional and country guidelines for work from home updates. We are here to support you and ensure you have the necessary materials, supplies, technology and tools for successful, effective virtual work.

  • How are you monitoring the changing situation around the world?

    We are following strict quarantine rules in alignment with the most up-to-date government guidance for colleagues who may have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19. Our remote work protocols reinforce WHO and CDC guidelines to help prevent the spread of respiratory disease and support the practice of social distancing. We are advising employees who feel unwell to follow guidelines from their local authorities for testing and treatment. If you feel unwell prior to an interview, please contact your recruiter or hiring manager to let them know and work with them to re-schedule.

Tips for Video Interviewing

As we transition to inteviewing virtually, there are a few things to note:


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to make sure your system is working properly.


Your virtual interview will be as close to the real interview as possible, so please prepare accordingly.


Try to find a quiet location.

Quick Tips:

  • Dress professionally, but keep the camera in mind. Solid colors are always safe. You will be able to make any needed adjustments to your appearance once you see yourself on camera.
  • Ample room lighting is needed to ensure good video quality. Light sources should come from behind the webcam (with the light shining on your face) and not from behind you. Try not to sit with your back to a bright window.
  • The height for the webcam should be roughly at eye level. Make sure the webcam is the appropriate distance away from you so that it is displays your head and shoulders.
  • Whether you are using VoIP or a conference call line, we recommend you are hands free to have a more natural conversation. If you are using your cell phone for the interiew, make sure your battery fully charged.
  • Be on time! Connect to the interview early and be prepared to greet other participants.
