  • Can I apply for more than one position at Syneos Health at a time?

    Yes. Once you create a profile, you are invited to apply for as many positions as you are interested in. You will receive an automatic notification that confirms we have received your application.

  • How can I receive job notification emails?

    Type in your desired keywords and location within the search box and hit "Search". On the Search Results page, click on the “Receive Job Notifications Which Match This Search” button just above the search results. Enter your email address and select the frequency you would like to receive these notifications.

  • How are interviews conducted?

    Interviews are currently being conducted both over the phone and computer. When the hiring manger reaches out via email the applicant will be informed about which platform the interview will be conducted through.

  • How do I monitor the status of my job application?

    After you login to your account, you have the ability to view your current application status. This section can be accessed through the ‘My Account’ area.

  • Is Syneos Health still hiring?

    We are hiring across all areas of our business including clinical, commercial, and corporate, and we continue moving forward with a completely virtual hiring processes to ensure safety of our employees and candidates.

  • My hire date is coming up, will I start by working from home?

    Prior to COVID-19, more than 50% of our employees worked remotely. Now, across our entire business, from our clinical to commercial operations, most of our teams are conducting all business- related engagements virtually. We are also offering new hire orientation virtually when possible to help you get onboarded and settled. Please communicate with your hiring manager for further updated about regional country guidelines for work from home updates. We are here to support you and ensure you have the necessary materials, supplies, technology, and tools for successful, effective virtual work.

  • How are you monitoring the changing situation around the world?

    We continue to follow strict quarantine rules in alignment with the most up-to-date- government guidance for colleagues who may have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19. Our remote work protocols reinforce who and CDC guidelines to help prevent the spread of respiratory disease and support the practice of social distancing. We are advising employees who feel unwell to follow guidelines from their local authorities for testing and treatment. If you feel unwell prior to an interview, please contact your recruiter or hiring manager to let them know and work with them to re- schedule.

  • What can I expect in terms of virtual/ email communications during this time

    Any email communications related to Syneos Health jobs will initiate from a email address. We will not contact you via Gmail, Yahoo or other addresses besides our corporate domain (

    Email communications from our company will never request sensitive financial or personal information such as social security number, passport information, date of birth, credit card numbers, or banking information.

    Syneos Health will also never send checks or ask for money transfers or payments from applicants to secure a job.

    We also do not conduct job interviews via Instant Messaging platforms (AOL Instant Messaging, Trillian, Skype) or SMS.
