Finance Rotational Program

Our 3 -year Finance Rotational Program offers you the opportunity to participate in a series of assignments across key functional areas in our Finance department. You will be provided with ongoing mentoring, coaching, and feedback as well as courses in leadership and professional development. Rotations may include Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Operations Planning, Revenue Recognition, Accounting, Audit, Contracts and Sales Support, and others.

Our Finance Rotational Program begins in the summer and is based in Morrisville, NC and offers a flexible hybrid work option of partial office-based and partial home-based.

Upon successful conclusion of the 3-year program, you will possess the skills and knowledge to become a future Finance leader at Syneos Health.
