Syneos Health Acquires Creative Technology Provider, Boco Digital Media,
Strengthening Digitally-Enabled Learning Solutions Offerings
MORRISVILLE, N.C. and PHILADELPHIA, PA – August 18, 2022 – Syneos Health® (Nasdaq:SYNH), the only fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization, today announced it has acquired Boco Digital Media, LLC (Boco), a global training and development company specializing in technology-enabled learning and communications solutions. The acquisition strengthens Syneos Health’s leading position in deploying digital learning solutions across the product development continuum. The two companies have been partnering since 2016 to deliver smart content via immersive learning experiences.
This acquisition furthers Syneos Health’s investment in technologies that transform the customer-facing experience and accelerate digital enablement and automation. The addition of Boco Digital Media expands Syneos Health’s Dynamic Assembly® network – an open ecosystem of best-of-breed data and technology collaborators designed to strategically address the nuances of unique customer engagements – supporting the Company’s goal to deliver innovation, high levels of quality and exceptional service to customers.

Syneos Health and Boco also collaborated on the development of MODAL™, a cloud-based educational, communication and performance enhancement LXP product. MODAL, built on the underlying Delphire software, provides a view to the entire learning continuum, from onboarding to sustainment efforts, with advanced peer-to-peer learning and communications across all role types.
