Innovating the delivery model for clinical trials
A large pharmaceutical company was looking to execute clinical studies in a faster timeframe with a reduction of costs. The two established ways of working include full-service outsourcing (FSO) and a functional service provider (FSP), where customers outsource one particular function or several functions. By blending these two models very closely, we set up a new model called Dynamic Service Provision, which exists in the middle of both and allows this customer flexibility to meet their dynamic workload demands. This hybrid solution became a true extension of the customer team and a unique solution in the industry.
