Simon Bartle
Chief Human Resources Officer
Simon Bartle is Chief Human Resources Officer of Syneos Health®, where he leads the global human resources function, including talent strategy, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR operations. He brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams, driving cultural transformation and aligning people strategies with business growth objectives across complex, global organizations.
Prior to joining Syneos Health, Simon served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at IQVIA, where he led HR strategy for a 49,000+ employee global clinical research division operating in more than 100 countries. In this role, he drove strategic workforce planning, leadership development and the integration of multiple acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Simon held senior HR leadership roles at Genworth Financial and GE Financial Assurance, where he managed global HR operations, supported IPO and M&A transactions, and implemented enterprise-wide talent and compensation programs.
Simon holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology from Old Dominion University, an M.S. in I/O Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
