Key 2024 Highlights:

• Advancing Health: Reached 345,000+ patients worldwide through work on more than 2,700 clinical trials, with expanded use of AI and patient inclusion criteria to ensure the appropriate patient population is well represented in clinical research.
• Caring for People: Strengthened a people-first, high-performance culture, with 90% of colleagues feeling accepted by their coworkers and nearly 4,500 colleagues actively engaged in Employee Resource Groups.
• Operating Responsibly: Achieved 100% completion of annual trainings on the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policies, while launching new AI procedures and risk management frameworks.
• Protecting the Planet: Advanced the Company’s decarbonization strategy with plans for Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) validation in 2025; maintained a 29% sustainable property footprint across global offices; and secured third-party assurance for its 2024 greenhouse gas inventory.
