This belief of enabling and empowering employees is reflected in our 20+ year partnership with the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA), a global non-profit whose mission is to further the advancement and impact of women in healthcare worldwide.

Since first partnering with the HBA in 2001, Syneos Health has recognized hundreds of nominees throughout the Company, many of whom have been recognized globally as HBA Rising Stars and HBA Luminaries. In addition to their well-deserved recognition, many of our HBA participants have gone on to be our next generation of leaders, and inspired many more to seek out the same.
