Clinical Trial Site Networks

Accelerating site relationships through our Catalyst Trusted Partner Program
We created our innovative Catalyst Trusted Partners Program, Syneos Health’s own partnership alliance, to help streamline every aspect of the clinical development process while supporting the development of new methodologies to bring therapies to patients faster.

Enhancing collaboration with clinical research sites globally
Our Catalyst Trusted Partners Program has collaboration at its core, driving increased efficiencies and continuous improvement into the research process, and ultimately supporting faster start-up and enhanced predictability in the delivery of clinical trials. That’s how we help get medicines to market more efficiently and sooner to the people who need them.
The objective of the program is to increase predictability and, by harnessing input and insights from sites across the globe, develop best practices and new methodologies and drive continuous improvement in the delivery of clinical research.
Our Catalyst Trusted Partners can be yours, too.

A high-performing clinical research site network
The Syneos Health Catalyst Trusted Partners Program is a select group of high-performing sites, investigators and site networks from across the globe, strategically aligned to our customers’ needs. Encompassing all therapeutic areas and trial phases, our partnerships extend across diverse sites and site networks, including individual practices, academic centers of excellence and site networks.
The Catalyst Trusted Partner Program delivers:
- Accelerated Timelines: Faster study startup and more efficient delivery
- Increased Capacity: The ability to successfully access and manage a larger volume of studies
- Continuous Innovation: A framework for developing methodologies that advance clinical research and ensure site sustainability
Our Catalyst Trusted Partners have the opportunity to participate in an increased volume of clinical trials, to shape new methodologies and experience improved communication across our studies via a dedicated Site Relationship Manager.

Valuing site investigators’ contributions to clinical research
We’re also further investing in collaborative site relationships by partnering with the Society of Clinical Research Sites (SCRS). Through our Circle of Innovation Sponsorship, we’ve funded more than 500 Site Scholarships to give sites access to mentorship, training and advocacy.
In conjunction with SCRS, we’ve launched a series of Site Advocacy Groups where we listen to site feedback to streamline and facilitate protocols, payment processes and other information requests. This input is making a difference on the front lines.
In addition, we support SCRS by serving on committees to improve processes across the industry. Syneos Health is committed to shaping the future of clinical development through our thought leadership with the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS).
Through our unique Clinical Research Site Award program with SCRS, we recognize the enormous contribution sites make to the world of clinical research. Over 350 sites in more than 37 countries have been honored since the program launched.
Site networks provide clinical trial sponsors with pre-vetted research sites that have demonstrated proven performance, reducing the risk and uncertainty associated with new site identification and qualification. These established relationships enable faster study startup, consistent data quality standards and reliable enrollment projections based on historical site performance metrics and patient population access.
