In her role as SVP, Engagement Center Amy Jamison is responsible for driving growth and for the delivery of the company’s global engagement center projects and programs, including the operational management across partnerships in the pharma and biotech space. Amy is able to leverage her 15+ years’ experience working in Commercial Service Organization to offer clients new ways to look at challenges. She works with client partners to uncover innovative and novel solutions that deliver valuable and meaningful customer experiences.
Prior to joining Syneos Health in 2019 she spent more than 10 years at Publicis Health in increasingly significant roles gaining operational, commercial, medical and clinical experience across multiple therapeutic areas.
Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University.
Senior Director, Engagement Center
Michael Minschwaner brings nearly a decade of experience in pharmaceutical sales to his role as senior director, Engagement Center at Syneos Health. A driven account management professional who has held various leadership roles in client engagement and strategy, Michael has demonstrated expertise in the implementation of program launches, as well as in-depth experience in Contact Center Operations, Commercialization Strategy and Account Management. He has implemented and managed well over 100 campaigns spanning commercial field sales, medical/clinical solutions and remote engagement all within the Commercial Service Organization (CSO) landscape.
Prior to joining Syneos Health, Michael held positions with increasing responsibility at Amplity Health, Publicis Health and Ashfield, where he started his career as a sales specialist.
Michael earned his BS in Clinical Psychology at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
