Broadening the Commercialization Partnership

Due of the changing regulatory landscape, our Medical Affairs teams now start as early as Phase I or Phase II and act as the bridge between clinical and commercial. This small biotech company was looking to commercialize its first vaccine in the US market before expanding it around the globe. Our Medical Affairs team helped them tell the best scientific story to make the vaccine successful in the US before turning it over to our market access and commercial and portfolio strategy teams to identify the idea launch plan for each new market.
