Rajneesh Patil is Head of AI and Innovation for Clinical Development at Syneos Health, where he leads the Company's clinical digital, AI and innovation strategy across Full Service, Functional Service Provider (FSP), Clinical Pharmacology/Bioanalysis and Real World Evidence/Late Phase. He is responsible for advancing AI and emerging technologies that help sponsors accelerate clinical development through more efficient, predictive and patient-centered trials while shaping the next generation of intelligent clinical solutions.
Rajneesh brings more than two decades of experience driving digital transformation and technology innovation across the clinical development lifecycle. Throughout his career, he has led the development of direct-to-patient solutions, AI-enabled platforms, pioneering agentic solutions and next-generation clinical technologies that improve trial execution, operational efficiency and patient engagement. An accomplished innovator, he holds 16 patents spanning clinical trial technologies and digital health solutions.
