Interim Chief Financial Officer
Ben Rudnick is Interim Chief Financial Officer of Syneos Health, where he leads the Company’s strategic and financial growth plans, overseeing financial operations globally including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Budgeting and Financial Planning. He is a proven change agent with a track record of instituting transformative strategies, organizational structures and executing with rigor, and brings a strong understanding of market and investor needs.
Ben has two decades of financial experience across public and private markets in the biopharmaceutical industry, with repeated success in driving realignment and global business partnerships. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in finance and corporate development, including the last 10+ years at Syneos Health.
Prior to being named Interim Chief Financial Officer in March 2023, Ben served as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Global Finance, and Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to that, he held various roles of increasing responsibility in Corporate Strategy, Development and Operations with Syneos Health.
Ben holds an MS in Economics from the University of St Andrews (Fife, Scotland), an MBA from Duke University and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of South Carolina.
